Home & Site Delivery

At Worktops & Doors, we aim to make delivery as smooth and reliable as possible. Lead times for stocked items are typically between 2 to 7 working days. As we do not operate a live stock system, if an item is unavailable at the time of ordering, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or confirm if you are happy to wait for replenishment.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.

After You Place Your Order

Once your order is placed, we will contact you by email or text within 48 hours to confirm a delivery date. If we are unable to reach you, we will request that you get in touch to arrange a suitable date.

You are welcome to request a preferred delivery date, and our transport team will always do their best to accommodate this. Once agreed, your delivery date will be confirmed by text. Any changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

On the Day of Delivery

Your delivery driver will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to ensure you are ready to receive your order.

All deliveries are carried out by a specialist two-person team. They will handle the heavy lifting and place your items at the nearest accessible ground floor entrance. Please note that deliveries are ground floor only, and drivers are unable to carry items up or down stairs.

Important Delivery Guidance

While we take great care to ensure your worktops arrive on time and in perfect condition, delays or issues can occasionally occur outside of our control. For this reason, we strongly advise that you do not book installers or remove existing fixtures until your order has been delivered and checked.

Upon delivery, please inspect all items carefully to ensure they are complete and undamaged. Any issues must be reported within 3 working days, as claims cannot be accepted after this period.

In the unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, though replacements may take up to 7 days.

While we do everything we can to minimise disruption, Worktops & Doors cannot accept responsibility for any costs or delays relating to third-party trades or installation arrangements.

Delivery Information

Our deliveries are carried out by specialist worktop couriers, with every product handled carefully from warehouse to your door. At Worktops & Doors, we are committed to ensuring your kitchen worktops arrive in perfect condition and on time.

Most items can be delivered within 2 to 7 working days. Please note that there are some areas of the UK we are unable to service, so we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability. Delivery costs by area can be found above.

Avoid Disappointment

For safety reasons, our delivery team cannot offload goods through windows or unsafe access points.

While we always aim to deliver on time and without issue, circumstances beyond our control can occasionally cause delays. We strongly advise that you do not book installers or remove existing fixtures until your goods have been delivered and checked.

If any items arrive damaged or imperfect, we will work to resolve this as quickly as possible, although replacements can take up to 7 days.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully to ensure everything is present and in good condition. Any damages or defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. After this period, claims cannot be accepted.

Although we take every step to minimise delays, Worktops & Doors cannot accept responsibility for any costs or time lost relating to third-party trades or installation arrangements.
